Voided Bets: Bets may be voided and stakes returned in the following circumstances: postponement of a match to a date outside the stated settlement window; abandonment of a match before the required minimum time has been played; data provider error causing incorrect market settlement that cannot be corrected without creating unfairness. Where a match is voided, any accumulator containing that selection will be recalculated as if the voided leg had not been included.
Maximum Payout: Each market carries a maximum payout limit shown in the specific market terms. 777zb is not obliged to pay winnings above the stated maximum regardless of the odds taken.
Obvious Errors: Where a market is offered at odds that are clearly incorrect due to a system error or human mistake, 777zb reserves the right to void affected bets. Players are not permitted to knowingly exploit obvious pricing errors.
The 777zb casino section includes live dealer games, video slots, RNG table games, virtual sports and game shows. The following applies to all casino activity:
RNG Games: All non-live casino games use certified random number generation systems audited by independent third parties. Each game outcome is genuinely random and independent of previous results. Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting live chat support. Before closing, any outstanding withdrawable balance will be processed to your registered payment method. Self-exclusion requests are handled separately from account closure — a self-exclusion prevents access for the selected period but does not close the account.
